Angelica Brooks here with late-breaking news ahead of UltraViolence in a few short hours.
I can confirm that just moments ago, paperwork was finalized with the City of Las Vegas to build a brand-new, state-of-the-art events center for PRIME. Ground is expected to break within the next month or two, with local contractors undertaking construction and the work expecting to last a year to a year and a half.
“When I said to be on the lookout for more information in the coming days, I meant it,” Lindsay Troy said with a smirk. “Las Vegas has been great to us these past nine months, and I am very much looking forward to staying here for the long haul.
So what does all this mean? Well, PRIME will be touring once again; we’ve always been a touring company and we always will be. However, we’ve never had a ‘home arena’ to call our own, and I think it’s high time we change that. We’ll still run shows in Las Vegas once construction is complete…not every ReVival, but at least one show every couple months. The rest of the time we’ll be bringing the BEST and fiercest competition to front doors around the world. We’re also negotiating with various entertainment companies on leases to use our facilities when we’re not in-state, so the lights won’t always be off. More details still to come, of course, but myself and the rest of the Executive Staff are very, very excited for these new developments. Now, let’s go put on a hell of a show tonight, shall we?”
