Thunderbolt Smith: We are twelve days away from Evening of Champions and four days away from the finals of the Carmondy Cup. Big matches Women’s and Women’s Tag Team matches tonight as Svetlana Kovaleski and Kay Daniels look to return to the Women’s Tag Team Division and Debbie the Destroyer looks for promotion to the Women’s Division when she faces the #4 contender in the division- Kirsten Canfield.
Thunderbolt then sends it to ‘Long Haul’ Rick Hall for a preview of our four matches tonight.

-Battle to remain in the Women’s Tag Team Division. Stewart and Briscoe haven’t made a lot of headway. They look to hold their spot in the top 5 contenders in the division.
-Svetlana Kovaleski and Kay Daniels want to get back into the Women’s Tag Team Division. A win gets them promotion to the division.

-Classic David vs. Goliath match here with the technically superior wrestler Kirsten Canfield and her Wheatshocker Deluxe finisher going up against the larger and stronger Debbie the Destroyer and her lethal Destroyer Bomb.

-Once again, O’Reilly and Captain Jack battle it out for the Men’s Division #2 contender’s spot.
-O’Reilly has three matches coming up with ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson- two of them potentially for the Men’s Title. Captain Jack is trying to get back into title contention. A win helps him immensely.

RICK HALL’S COMMENTS:
-Interesting match between the current MVW Men’s Champion and a young and upcoming wrestler from Japan who’s quietly climbed up the MVW rankings.
-Dickinson has three big matches coming up. This Saturday against John O’Reilly in the Carmondy Cup finals. December 17th at the Evening of Champions PPV against O’Reilly. And then in January at the St. Louis Supershow- also against John O’Reilly.
-Will Dickinson be focused? Can Yamamoto catch the champion looking ahead?

-Last month, Bethany Stewart and Shelley Briscoe relegated the Pinups and elevated themselves to the Women’s Tag Team Division. Tonight, Stewart and Briscoe breezed past Kovaleski and Daniels to cement their place in the Women’s Tag Team Division.

-Women’s Tag Team Champions Jill Berg Enterprises (Sheline Carrigan and Prisoner #034291) versus The Hanson Sisters (Andrea and Melissa Hanson).
-The Hansons joined the tournament at the semi-finals and got to the finals with a win over The Missouri Valley Fight Club. They are two-time Women’s Tag Team Champions and currently the #4 ranked contender in the Women’s Tag Team Division.
-JBE also entered the competition at the semi-finals. They defeated Bethany Stewart and Shelley Briscoe. Jill Berg Enterprises won the tag belts from the Hanson Sisters back in August and have kept a tight grip on the titles ever since.

Debbie holds ropes, then sidesteps Canfield to put her in ropes, DRAPING NECKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Debbie hurries to bring Canfield up and underhook the arms. But Canfield fights out and Debbie whips her to a corner. Kirsten jumps up to the second turnbuckle and jumps- Debbie dodges the knee- Canfield climbs on her back… SLEEPER HOLD! The fans cheer. -Just when it looked like Debbie the Destroyer was going to finish off Canfield, Kirsten somehow hit the Wheatshocker Deluxe to win the match.

As Kirsten climbs all four turnbuckles to celebrate her win with the fans, Thunderbolt announces the next Carmondy Cup Final preview- the Men’s Tag Team finals.
MEN’S TAG TEAM FINALS PREVIEW:
-Men’s Tag Team Champions The Stevens Dynasty (Bo and George Stevens) vs. The Kardoucheian Empire (Koley and Kourtney Kardoucheian)
-The Kardoucheians joined the competition in the fifth round defeating the Beer Bellied Softball Playin’ Ninja in their first match before defeating The Kentucky Redneck Mafia in the semi-finals.
-The Stevens Dynasty entered the tournament in the semi-final round and defeated Surf Express Bro to reach the finals.
-The Kardoucheians are the current #1 contenders in the Men’s Tag Team Division and recently have a DQ win over the Stevens.
-Besides the loss, The Stevens Dynasty have otherwise dominated the division since defeating their upcoming opponents on December 17th at Evening of Champions- The Dark Overlords of Wrestling- back in May for the Men’s Tag Team Titles.

GRUDGE MATCH: Eva Perrin vs. ‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot
-Two women who simply do not like each other. For a brief time, Perrin and Harlot co-existed as a tag team to help drive the Hollywood Royals out of MVW. But then, their relationship quickly deteriorated and exploded.
-Eva put Harlot out of action for two months in September. But Harlot came back and attacked Eva after a match. Ray McAvay booked the match for Evening of Champions as soon as Harlot returned to action.
WOMEN’S HEARTLAND TITLE: Daryn Thompson © vs. TBD
-Daryn Thompson has exploded onto the scene in MVW since her debut back in October in the 4th round of the Carmondy Cup. A third-generation wrestler and the daughter of Dusty Thompson, Daryn came to MVW with the recommendation of PRIME President/CEO Lindsay Troy.
-Thompson flew up the rankings in October and then defeated ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin November 1st to win the Women’s Heartland Title. She also tore through the competition in the Carmondy Cup and faces Women’s Champion Victoria McGill on December 10th in the finals.
-Thompson will take on the winner of Debbie the Destroyer and ‘The Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin at Evening of Champions.
MEN’S HEARTLAND TITLE: Bracken Krueger © vs. TBD
–Bracken Krueger also came to MVW with the recommendation of Lindsay Troy and, like Thompson, debuted in MVW in October in the 4th round of the Carmondy Cup.
-The Lakeshore Leviathan rolled through the Men’s Heartland Division and defeated ‘The Demi-God of HOW’ Scott Stevens for the Men’s Heartland Division title on November 1st.
-Krueger will face the winner of Stevens and Buckshot Henderson.
WOMEN’S TAG TEAM TITLE: Jill Berg Enterprises © vs. The Missouri Valley Fight Club
–Sheline Carrigan and Prisoner #034291 defeated the Hanson Sisters in August for the Women’s Tag Team Title.
-The Missouri Valley Fight Club (Harley Davisson/Carrieanne McDermott) lost the tag titles earlier this year to The Pinups and have been in hot pursuit ever since trying to regain the belts.
-The MVFC dropped down to #2 in the contender’s ranking with a recent loss to the Rose Warriors. They are going for their fifth tag team title reign.
-Jill Berg Enterprises are gunning to continue their four-month title run.
MEN’S TAG TEAM TITLE: The Stevens Dynasty © vs. The Dark Overlords of Wrestling
–Bo and George Stevens ended the Dark Overlords five month title reign in May and then the D.O.W. left to help Charlie Blackwell get his Texas Championship Wrestling promotion running.
-The Stevens Dynasty are coming off a DQ loss to The Kardoucheian Empire and will be looking to reestablish their momentum heading into January’s St. Louis Supershow.
-The Dark Overlords got the okay from Charlie Blackwell and will look to avenge that loss back in May that cost them the titles.
WOMEN’S TITLE: Victoria McGill © vs. Shizuko Yamazaki
–The two women who’ve dominated the Women’s Division this year.
-‘The Shadow Warrior’ Shizuko Yamazaki defeated Lisa Barbosa-Stevens in January to win the Women’s title for the first time and ended Barbosa-Stevens’s fourth Women’s title run.
-Tori McGill then defeated Yamazaki five months later for her first-ever Women’s Title.
-Yamazaki has fallen to #2 in the rankings while Victoria McGill has looked very formidable as champion.
MEN’S TITLE: ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson © vs. John O’Reilly
–‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson’s second MVW Men’s title run began with a win over O’Reilly in late August after Adam Ellis signed with PRIME. O’Reilly held the title himself for the first five months.
-O’Reilly has been embroiled in a back and forth with Captain Jack the past few weeks as they’ve battled for position in the rankings only to have Ricky Stevens slip past both of them.
-Dickinson has plowed through every challenger thrown in his path. O’Reilly dropped to #3 in the rankings after losing to Captain Jack last weekend.

Swaggering across the stage hand in hand with Swayne, both Captain Jack and Elizabeth are dressed in pirate motif from head to toe.
He nods to the fans and steps lively towards the ring with Swayne in tow.

Kick from O’Reilly to the leg but he misses a right hand. O’Reilly tries to load up the Cannonball Right hand- Captain Jack ducks and lands a chop. O’Reilly is stunned. -Big win for Captain Jack as he and John O’Reilly have battled back and forth for weeks, trading places in the rankings, and tonight Captain Jack really took it to O’Reilly.
-Captain Jack moves up to #2 in the rankings and will now face Ricky Stevens in a number one contender’s match this Saturday night in Emporium, Kansas. O’Reilly drops back to #3.

WOMEN’S FINALS PREVIEW:
-Women’s Champion Victoria McGill vs. Women’s Heartland Champion Daryn Thompson
-This is the first time in MVW history that a sitting Women’s Champion and a sitting Women’s Heartland Champion have met in a match.
-Victoria McGill entered the competition in the quarterfinals on November 11th when she defeated Kirsten Canfield. Next, she knocked off her opponent at Evening of Champions- ‘The Shadow Warrior’ Shizuko Yamazaki in the semi-finals on November 25th to book her place in the Carmondy Cup Women’s finals.
-Daryn Thompson joined the Carmondy Cup tournament in round four and started strong by defeating Lauren Wade followed by wins over Jenelle Jenkins, ‘Precious’ Patty McBride, and then ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin in the quarterfinals. Thompson then dispatched Lisa Barbosa-Stevens in the semi-finals to reach the finals.
Thunderbolt comes back on and it’s time for our final commercial break of the night.

MEN’S FINALS PREVIEW:
-Men’s Champion ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson vs. John O’Reilly
-Dickinson entered the competition in the quarterfinals. He defeated Bracken Krueger in a wild quarterfinal match and then made the clock strike twelve on ‘Rock Star’ Robbie Marrs’s Cinderella run in the semi-finals.
-O’Reilly also entered the Carmondy Cup in the quarterfinals and ground out a win over J.J. Bittinger. He then came out on top against Captain Jack in the semi-finals.
-This is the first of three matches between Dickinson and O’Reilly as they meet in the Carmondy Cup Finals this Saturday, at Evening of Champions on December 17th for the Men’s title, and then at the St. Louis Supershow in January- also for the Men’s title.
Thunderbolt Smith: The winner of the Carmondy Cup was to earn a title shot at Evening of Champions. Because all four champions… Men’s, Women’s, Men’s Tag Team, and Women’s Tag Team… reached the Carmondy Cup finals… this means the four Carmondy Cup finals matches will also be the Men’s, Women’s, Men’s Tag Team, and Women’s Tag Team title matches at the St. Louis Supershow.

“Rising Fire” by Firewind plays over the sound system and it’s time for our first match of the night.
22-year-old Kenichiro Yamamoto walks out on stage and looks out at the crowd. He poses for the fans and then makes his way down the steps towards ringside.
Then…
Hardy’s “Unapologetically Country as Hell” comes on. There’s fog on the stage. Sunny O’Callahan comes out first.
Then ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson joins her.
They stop on stage for a moment. Dickinson and Bittinger lock eyes. Then Dickinson and O’Callahan walk down the ramp towards ringside.
Heather Cooper is in the ring to introduce tonight’s main event match.

He pulls Yamamoto up… snap suplex. Another snap suplex by Dickinson and then he goes full vertical suplex… waits… waits… and BOOM! Cover… 1…2… kick out by Yamamoto. Dickinson grounds and pounds next. He whips Yamamoto into the corner and follows. *SMACK* YAMAMOTO GETS THE BOOT UP. ROLL UP… 1… 2…- Dickinson kicks out. Yamamoto rolls Dickinson up again… 1… 2… NO! Yamamoto kicks out again. Yamamoto hurries up… ROUNDHOUSE KICK TO DICKINSON! He hooks the leg… 1… 2… NO! Dickinson powers out and DECKS Yamamoto. Dickinson on top now and rains down right hands and clubbing forearms. Dickinson drags Yamamoto back up and heaves him into the corner. Yamamoto ends up seated against the turnbuckle- Dickinson stomps at him. Dickinson drags Yamamoto up… he whips him to the ropes… SPINEBUSTER! Sunny O’Callahan turns to the fans and she raises her bottle of Southern Comfort as Dickinson sets up Yamamoto for the finisher… he lifts – he takes two steps forward- SOUTHERN FRIED POWERBOMB! Dickinson down for the academic pinfall 1… 2… THREE!

-Kenichiro Yamamoto had a couple good moments in the match. He’s young and he’s learning the hard way.
-The Men’s Champion looks really focused and ready as he goes into his trilogy of matches with John O’Reilly.
