Tuesday’s Wrestling Night in the Heartland Results:
-MATCH #1 Ricky Stevens defeated Buckshot Henderson to remain the #4 ranked contender in the Men’s Division/Henderson also remains the #1 contender in the Men’s Heartland Division.
-Men’s Tag Team Champions The Alabama Gang appear at High Octane Wrestling’s Chaos 24 show and accepts Dan Ryan/Jatt Starr’s challenge to a match for the HOTv Tag Team title.
-MVW Owner Ray McAvay confirms the match will take place March 19th at the MVW Chicago house show.
-Kellie Burkowski interviews Jennifer Colton.  Colton is mad at Jill Berg Enterprises for costing her the Women’s Heartland title.  She vows to take out the ‘head of the snake’- Women’s Champion Daryn Thompson of JBE.
-Jill Berg Enterprises holds an inquiry on what happened last week when they lost the Women’s Tag Team belts to The Hanson Sisters.

Ricky Stevens survived his promotion/relegation match against Buckshot Henderson and remains in the Men’s Division.

The stage is now set next Tuesday in Wichita, Kansas for the epic showdown between Men’s Champion ‘Redneck’ Bill Dickinson and challenger Bracken Krueger for the Men’s Title.  Also on the card- Captain Jack and John O’Reilly battle it out in a #2 versus #3 match.

NEWS:
Luke Woods made the big move this weekend shooting up the rankings to #2 after wins against Ken Kardoucheian, J.J. Bittinger, and ‘Rock Star’ Robbie Marrs- all of whom drop back one spot.  Buckshot Henderson put an end to Woods’s impressive weekend on Sunday and he will get the nod to face Men’s Heartland Champion Scott Stevens for the second time next Tuesday for the title.

Kardoucheian faces a promotion/relegation match tomorrow night on MVW’s Six-O-Five show against Dave Mann from the Non-Division.

NEWS:
Youngster Dave Mann emerged from the pack of four in the Non-Division, defeating Randy Barrington on Saturday and then following that up with a surprise win over Absolute Zero Sunday to book his ticket to the promotion/relegation match with Ken Kardoucheian tomorrow night on Six-O-Five.  Absolute Zero defeated Richie Park on Friday night.

After the first match between the two teams got thrown out due to outside interference by the Kardoucheian Empire, The Stevens Dynasty prevailed over Surf Express Bro on Saturday in a #1 contender’s match.

Bo and George Stevens now will get their rematch against The Alabama Gang Tuesday in Wichita for the Men’s Tag Team title The Stevens Dynasty lost to R.G. Jenkins and Mark Hendry three weeks ago.

The #5 ranked contenders The Shamrocks fended off Bob and Brett Murray on Saturday to remain in the Men’s Tag Team Division.

Jennifer Colton continues to win matches, knocking off Lisa Barbosa-Stevens on Friday and then following that up with an impressive win over Yosemite Samantha Saturday. She will now take on the #1 contender in the Women’s Division ‘The Shadow Warrior’ Shizuko Yamazaki Tuesday in Wichita for a chance to move on and challenge Women’s Champion Daryn Thompson in two weeks.

Barbosa-Stevens is on the bubble here after the Colton loss and will face a promotion/relegation match March 18th against Victoria McGill, Madison Carter, or Tessa Martin.

Madison Carter made the most of her week, winning twice on Friday- Lani Harlot and then Eva Perrin- and then overcome the size and strength difference between her and Debbie the Destroyer to complete the move from #5 up to #2 in the contender’s rankings.

She would have faced the #1 contender Victoria McGill on Sunday… except Tori was still overseas in Japan.  That match will take place tomorrow on MVW’s Six-O-Five.  The winner goes on to take on the ‘Extreme Pizza Delivery Girl’ Tessa Martin next Tuesday for the Women’s Heartland Title.

Also on Saturday, ‘Queen of the Trailer Park’ Lani Harlot faces the drop when she meets Savannah Smith on MVW’s Six-O-Five for Harlot’s #5 contender ranking in the Women’s Heartland Division.  If Harlot wins, she remains in the Heartland Division and Smith stays in the Non-Division.  If Smith wins?  Savannah will be promoted to the Women’s Heartland Division- Harlot will be relegated out to the Non-Division.

LATX solidified their position in the Women’s Tag Team Division with their win over The Working Girls on Friday.  The Missouri Valley Fight Club would prevail the next night over LATX and on Sunday, The MVFC would fall to the resilient Rose Warriors amidst more bickering and trouble between the MVFC’s Harley Davisson and Carrieanne McDermott.

Next Tuesday, the Rose Warriors get another crack at Jill Berg Enterprises in a #1 contender’s match.

The Working Girls will face a promotion/relegation match against the surprise of Non-Division action this weekend- Bergman’s Bard Women’s Tag Team Champions Laney Harrison and McLean Oswald on Saturday March 11th.

MVW Owner Ray McAvay confirmed that the Chicago house show originally scheduled for March 21st will now take place on Sunday the 19th to allow High Octane Wrestling to simulcast the HOTv Tag Team title match between MVW’s Alabama Gang © and the challengers from HOW- Dan Ryan and Jatt Starr.
